Hardware asset management reports

The IT Asset Management Pack has the following hardware-related reports:

• Hardware asset management dashboard

• Hardware asset inventory report

• Discovered hardware assets not managed report

• Managed hardware assets not discovered report

• Hardware asset details report

These reports can be found in the Service Manager Reporting workspace, under IT Asset Management. Additional reports can be created using the reporting feature of Service Manager. Use the parameters section at the top of each report to change the filter values.
